Since the above two fashion oddities dropped into my inbox this morning, I have been pondering who would buy and wear such a thing? A funny thing fashion. They are apparently a genuine part of Givenchy’s Spring/Summer 2011 range.
Strange.
Whilst these images have left me slightly baffled, they have a certain charm I find mesmorising and intriguing. 3D renderings of the mandelbrot.

Just unwrapped the January edition of Creative Review and discovered the lavish Japanese trend of Dekotora. Basically trucks bedecked with chrome and all manner of lights, a craze which caught on following the release of the 1975 movie Trucker in which the protagonist drove his lavishly decorated truck all over Japan.
